Afaik you can only control the ljt calls from your mc businesses. To stop ljt calling you have to max out your supply and then shut down the business. I did this for everything but my weed house because ljt calls telling me that i have too much san andreas kush and it makes me feel like a boss.

I think that's a plasy on the old flip phones, they would answer the call the moment to opened it. I agree those when i'm in combat i don't want that ♥♥♥♥ going off and takes away focus. The problem with your theory is that the phone is obviously a smart phone, but yeah.
