After you return from guarma, you are supposed to take the horse next to the dock and get back to shady belle, i on the other hand, was too stupid and lacking in common sense, that i thought, naaah im doing a high honor playthrough, so i wont steal a horse, i thought i would get chased by the police or something, so i literally walked halfway back, all the way to shady belle,.
