If it’s just an object that you’ve force pulled, just let go of the force pull key/trigger. Be sure if you change any controls, that in settings>controls there will be a drop feature in the navigation tab. It was also tied to 'b' so it decided to unbind that as well when i swapped the buttons.

Its the same button to drop off of ziplines, z by default on pc (dont play with controller so idk what the default is). Look through the controls for drop and that should work. Turn it off and turn it back on, you will no longer be on the rope.
It should be the dodge button.
