I show off sethbling's randomizer for minecraft and also a datapack generator so you can generate your own random loot tables!here is the randomizer i used: I would recommend opening the datapack file itself and sift through it with text editor to find anything that talks about giving the items to players, the cool down, if it sends it to 1 player or to all players. Also, if your inventory is full it will just spit the item out and drop it in front of you.
I've created a map inspired by youtuber/streamer wilbursoot using a datapack called randomitemgiver i found from youtuber phoenix sc. Every 30 seconds you receive a random item. Try to survive on one block as long as you can.
