I don't know how much you know about fnv mods or what you have installed or not, but if im not mistaken, adam reborn needs nvse (new vegas script extender) and a plugin.
If your new to modding, i would highly suggest a mod manager. Fomm (fallout mod manager) is what is i use and is very easy to install. When logged in, you can choose up to 12 games that will be displayed as favourites in this menu.

Incompatibility list states armor overhauls are not compatible without patching which i believe would include adam reborn and i have not found any. I have however heard of others using it. You can do that with fnvedit (i think) but i'm less interested on the armor and more interested on finding the ranger.
I think the prototype riot armor and the defaced ranger armor are better (aesthetic wise). Yea they look way better i probably won't spawn it in but like you said i wanna find the ranger lol. Greetings all, im encountering an issue in which the defaced ncr armor, located in the lucky 38, crashes upon equipping.
I can wear the helmet just fine, and i can pick up and carry the armor in my inventory, but upon equipping, the game hard crashes before it is. All neatly prepared in one download with the original author's permissio. To make this work download adam reborn and manually install or run the fomod first. In the data folder you should end up with adam complete. esp and adam merge. esp.
Either download this file with manager or manually override that esp with this esp. Can't locate bsa file for adam mod for fallout: New vegas [fnv] new vegas.
I'm trying to edit a few textures from the adam mod for fallout: New vegas, however, when i follow the tutorials to edit textures i am unable to locate the bsa file to extract. Does anyone know where that info is.

Talking about new vegas w/ house and yes man fans vs talking about new vegas w/ ncr & legion fans. Adam reborn comes in three esp's for the base and if you include the ncr module. I'm trying to really lower my load order, is it possible to merge the three esp's to one?
