I use the cross jetpack to fly around the commonwealth and it is a blast. For some reason i cannot post a copied link. Go to mod requests and search for parachutes in the title.
You will see a thread that i replied to and that will give you some information. Give yourself the perks to be able to add a jetpack to power armor. Go get the nearest pa suit from the crashed vertibird by the robot junkyard and add a jetpack at sanctuary.

When installed on power armor, the jet pack allows the wearer to propel into the air at the cost of ap. Similar to sprinting, this will drain fusion core power at an increased rate. In order to craft the jet pack a power armor frame with the desired torso piece attached must be installed at a power armor station.
The jet pack is only. The jet pack features are the highest version and require the most requirements to make it. I just posted this to someone else.
When you start a new toon and do not have some mods functioning go back to the mod page and read the description and comments. It is easy to forget what you did originally to get the mod or things within it, to activate. If that doesn't work and you're certain they're all fine and dandy, maybe it's the load order.
My general rule of thumb is having mods that change gameplay function close to the top and cosmetic stuff toward the bottom. Do a hard reset of your xbox. Either that or completely uninstall and reinstall fallout 4 and keep the save.

I haven't installed new mods since the last time i played. Now all jetpacks not on power armor push down, not up. I have jetpacks fao, the sa iv armor (which has it's own jetpacks), and jetpack overhaul installed.
These are the only jetpack mods i have. They have all been installed for months and no issues. I have no clue what broke.
After you make the jetpack at the chem station. Go to the armor workbench and attach a rocket engine to the jetpack. Note, it requires science rank 2 and armourer rank 2, to craft the engine.
Also the mod needs to be put after your armor/clothing mods in the load order for it to work properly. Craft a jetpack at a power armor station. Travel to a power armor station and interact with it;
You can find a power armor station at the red rocket truck stop that you encounter shortly after leaving vault 111. Once there, you can craft new upgrades for your power armor, including jetpacks. Power armor torsos are the specific type of piece.
This mod is not compatible with others that override the vanilla jetpack idle animations. The plugin has esl flag. You can find it in the utility category of the chembench.
