Eoka pistol is the cheapest 1000+ sulfur cheaper then c4 and silent. My mates do it all the time. That's not worth the time investment.
Picking would be faster. Heck you could farm 2 c4 before shooting it down with an eoka. The most straightforward way to demolish your walls in rust is to use the c4 method.
You can use a c4 explosive to remove an entire wall. Creating the c4 item is expensive and. 2 c4 = 4400 sulfur, but 1 c4 and 82 explosive rounds has a similar cost of 4250 sulfur.

Upgrade the wall to a sheet metal one using the hammer. Make sure to remove sheet metal resources from the tool cupboard. Then let the sheet metal wall decay and you will get rid of the wall.
