Do the math, that's 233 seconds it would take to kill them if they estus up after the proc. Storyteller weapon art is poison based and stacks with toxic. Also storyteller staff poison does more damage over time than regular poison.
A status only build (frost, bleed, poison, toxic) is doable but far from optimal. Switch status after every proc, bleed is main damage source. Just don't expect to kill fast.
