When flipping multiple layers at the same time, check the layer you want to flip in the layer palette. You can flip only the selected layer by selecting menu > [transform] > [flip]. Select the layer you want to flip.

There are different ways to flip your work or selection in clip studio. You can do it through free transform. Simply press ‘ctrl + shift + t’ and then you have two buttons on the free transform tab:

Is there a way to flip the 3d object left and right? Among the 3d menus, i think you can do it in batch. It's troublesome, but after deciding the pose, combine it with the layer that can be written and edit → transform → flip left and right.
Have you tried either the flip button? Select the layer you want to flip and there are horizontal flip and flip flip in menu bar → edit → deformation. Since it applies only to the drawing area, you can invert the whole layer by first selecting selected area → select all first.
I've tried everything i've also looked at settings and i cant figure out how to flip the drawing aka layers only. You don't have to select anything if you want to flip everything that's on one layer, just have the layer you want to edit highlighted, and it's the same process from there except that you have to click on the rotate/scale button on top since the other one doesn't appear without a selection.
